On Brand Ads is operated by Ryan as an individual. This Privacy Policy explains how On Brand Ads ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). We aim to collect only what is needed to run the Service and to keep your data safe.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive the account details you authorise those providers to share.
• Brand inputs. When you ask us to analyse a website, we fetch publicly available information from that site (such as colors, fonts, logo, images, and text). When you create campaigns, we store the inputs and settings you provide.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of your card, but we never see or store your full card number or banking details.
• Usage and technical data. We collect log data such as browser type, IP address, pages visited, and timestamps, as well as cookies (see Section 6).
• Communications. If you contact us, we keep your messages and our replies.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account and provide the Service;
• To generate the brand assets and advertising creatives you request;
• To process payments and manage subscriptions and credits;
• To send service notices (such as receipts and security alerts);
• To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How AI Generation Works

To produce your creatives, the website information and campaign inputs you provide are sent to our artificial-intelligence providers (for example, OpenAI-compatible language and image models). These providers process your inputs to generate the requested text and images. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information that you do not want processed in this way.

4. Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy, which is available at stripe.com/privacy. We do not store your full card number.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers to operate the Service, including:

• Stripe for payments;
• AI providers for text and image generation;
• Cloud hosting and storage to run the Service and store generated images;
• Email providers to deliver transactional and marketing messages;
• Analytics tools to understand usage (where enabled).

These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms. We share only the information necessary to provide the relevant function.

6. Cookies

7. Data Retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. We retain generated assets, inputs, and logs for as long as needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for security, legal, and backup purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

10. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
